FAQ
Good to know
What services do you offer?
Full grooms (Bronze, Silver and Gold), bath and blow-dry, puppy grooms, nail clipping, de-shedding, add-ons, Pet Portraits and Stay 'n' Play day stays. See our grooming page for prices.
How long does a groom take?
Please allow a minimum of 1.5 hours for a groom, or about 15 minutes for a nail-only visit. We'll message you when your dog is ready.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, when a groomer is free. Booking online guarantees your time.
Do you groom all breeds?
Yes, all breeds and sizes, from first-groom puppies to giant breeds.
Where do I park?
There's easy parking at the oval, the library or the nearby side streets.
What if my dog is nervous?
Tell us when you book. We keep the salon calm, take breaks when needed and will always call you rather than push a stressed dog.
